How
can yoga help?
All
stress, both physical and mental, is stored somewhere in the
body and true stress reduction is a matter of discovering how
to release that tension on both levels. Yoga is the art and
science of reducing mental and physical stress while increasing
strength, flexibility, energy, and awareness.
Yoga
is much more than an exercise class. It offers simple, safe,
and practical techniques that quickly reduce tension and stress
in your employees. Plus, it is easy to do, portable and, best
of all, cost effective. In our yoga programs the participant
will experience proven and practical techniques that can have
immediate and long-term effects. They will face the workday
armed with an arsenal of stress-combating exercises they can
do right in the office.
